Field of Dreams

Beyond the responsibilities of building a nation, Tun Abdul Razak Hussein found joy and friendship on the golf course.

An avid golfer, Tun Razak embraced the sport as more than a pastime. Despite his demanding schedule, he made time to unwind, strengthen friendships and enjoy memorable rounds with close friends and fellow leaders, including Tun Dr Ismail Abdul Rahman.

For Tun Razak, the golf course was a place where friendships flourished, and the weight of leadership could briefly be set aside.

Beyond the statesman who shaped a nation was a man who treasured life's simple pleasures, finding balance between duty and passion.
